Telecom Security specializes in providing security advice to protect clients telephone and voicemail systems from unauthorized access.
We have an excellent opportunity for energetic and proactive telecommunications engineers experienced in remote programming of telephone and voicemail systems to join our rapidly expanding business. With our clients permission you will conduct hacking penetration tests of their systems and provide written reports. Security training provided.
Positions are Melbourne based and the successful candidate must be willing to
travel.
The successful candidates will have at least two years practical experience (including significant remote programming skills), will have basic knowledge of several PBX systems and will be willing to learn new skills.
Essential attributes:
- computer literate; Microsoft Word & Excel, Telnet, PBX programming and diagnostic tools
- familiar with computer modems
- conversant in the telecommunications industry
- understanding of VoIP
- client focus
- attention to detail
- able to work independently.
Experience that is beneficial but not essential includes:
- a telephony qualification
- a VoIP qualification
- a computer qualification
- IT security qualification
- PBX security experience
Performance based remuneration provides opportunity for well above average package.
