Telephone System Security Sales Telemarketing Role

  • Part time or full time telemarketers
  • Opportunity to earn above average package

Telecom Security specializes in providing security advice to protect clients telephone and voicemail systems from unauthorized access.

We have an excellent opportunity for energetic, proactive and experienced telemarketers to join our rapidly expanding business. Following detailed training the successful applicants will join our telemarketing team. You will follow up direct mail campaigns sent to prospective clients, log the results in our Customer Relationship Management system and close sales.

Positions available throughout Australia and NZ.

The successful candidates will have at least two years experience either telemarketing or in a call centre position.

Essential attributes:

  • comfortable in a corporate environment and dealing with business professionals
  • computer literate; customer relationship management database and Microsoft Word & Excel
  • client focus
  • attention to detail
  • able to work independently.

Experience that is beneficial but not essential includes:

  • some knowledge of the telecommunications industry
  • a sales qualification
  • a telephony qualification

Performance based remuneration provides opportunity for well above average package.

The successful candidates are outgoing and mindful of customer service, highly motivated and work well under pressure. You are also well organised, positive and an above average achiever.
